OUR TECHNOLOGY
Renable's platform combines real-time tracking with intelligent optimisation, built specifically for circular economy applications. Our solution consists of three core components:
Deep Data Infrastructure
At the foundation of our platform lies a suite of high-resolution, activity-based databases. These are essential for calculating ESG impact at every step of a material's end-of-life journey.
Our databases cover:
- All EU-approved ship recycling yards
- Steel mills across Europe and their production and emissions data
- Port infrastructure, storage facilities, and transport networks (road, rail, sea, air)
- Emissions profiles for multiple transport modes
- Cost data for handling, processing, logistics; and more
All data is verified using scientifically reliable and operationally validated sources. This depth enables us to assign ESG values to specific activities, ensuring full material traceability and enabling granular circularity assessments. We continuously expand the scope of our data with the long-term goal of achieving global coverage.

Track & Trace Module
Our track & trace system captures every activity undertaken by an end-of-life material, from dismantling to re-use. It supports a wide range of input methods, including:
- Manual reporting
- QR codes and NFC beacons
- GPS and Bluetooth-enabled GPS devices
Each logged activity is automatically matched with verified ESG data from our databases, ensuring real-time emissions and impact reporting. The system is location-agnostic and designed to operate globally. We also provide both iOS and Android mobile apps to ensure seamless on-site reporting and verification.

AI Optimiser
The Renable optimiser is a machine-learning AI engine trained specifically for industrial circularity scenarios. Unlike large language models, it is designed for reliability and accuracy, with no hallucination risk.
The optimiser supports forward and reverse planning and can optimise across:
- Emissions (CO₂e, pollutants, etc.)
- Cost efficiency
- Time and logistics
If local content is a requirement, our module can provide optional geograhical constraints.
Use cases include:
- Developers and OEMs can identify optimised supply routes for circular materials such as carbon-reduced circular steel.
